Job summary

Swap is looking for a proactive Credit Controller to own accounts receivable, improve collections, and maintain strong client relationships as the company scales globally. This hands-on role requires detail orientation and the ability to implement new systems and policies while supporting cash flow across borders.

You will work with Sales, Onboarding, and Finance to resolve issues, monitor credit terms, and contribute to month-end close in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable management, ideally in a tech-driven, international environment.
• Experience with multi-currency accounts is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Highly numerate with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced startup setting and implement new processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage cash collection via Direct Debit templates and customer communication.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices by phone, email, and CRM tooling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success and Finance to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare debtor reports with comments and cash flow forecasts for management.
• Assist with the implementation of ERP and AR portal tools and month-end close.
