Holmes Care Group LTD is seeking a Credit Control Officer to help improve cash flow by ensuring prompt payments and accurate invoicing. You will work with finance to reduce aged debt and maintain precise records in our systems.

The role involves coordinating with admissions and discharge processes and resolving payment queries while posting receipts accurately. Experience in Sage and Coolcare is beneficial.

Formación

• Experience in credit control and cash collection preferred.
• Ability to manage invoices and payment postings.
• Familiarity with routine ledger reconciliations and ad hoc reports.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in improving cash flow by ensuring timely payments.
• Reduce aged debt through proactive collection practices.
• Raise and send invoices; code and post remittance advices.
• Verify rates and allocate receipts with invoices/credits.
