Holman is seeking an Administrator - Accounting - A/R to drive timely collections and maintain strong client relationships. You will reconcile payments, document interactions, and generate reports using Excel and SAP-based systems.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Billing and Account Management, escalating issues when needed, and supporting various audits and inquiries. The role manages a large portfolio and requires strong communication with internal and external clients.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent collections experience.
• 3–5 years' experience in Business-to-Business Collections, Accounts Receivable, or related.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Experience with SAP preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow-up on past due receivables and maintain client relationships.
• Reconcile and ensure client payments are applied timely.
• Maintain notes on A/R reports and in the financial system.
• Identify trends and billing issues and coordinate resolutions.
