Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a customer service/receivables support role based in Texas. You will respond to inbound calls, gather account information, and translate data to support receivables collection.

Responsibilities include entering orders, tracking shipments, addressing inquiries via phone/email/fax, and documenting notes in systems. You will perform follow-up to meet customer expectations and support standard audits.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer selections into order processing system.
• Monitor and track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Respond to general customer account inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Document notes in business systems.
• Resolve issues including adjustments on late charges and overages/shortages.
• Perform monthly department standards audits and ensure accurate account records.
