Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a detail-oriented customer service associate to handle inbound calls, gather account information, and support receivables collection. You will enter customer selections into the order system and monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries on general account information.
• Enter customer selections into the order processing system accurately and timely.
• Monitor orders for on-time delivery in line with credit/collection standards.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and fax and follow up to meet expectations.
• Document notes and gather information in business systems.
• Resolve issues including adjustments on late charges and discrepancies per guidelines.
