Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a customer service-focused associate to respond to inbound calls and inquiries about general account information. You will gather and translate required data to support receivables collection and ensure accurate entry into the order processing system.

The role involves monitoring orders, resolving issues per guidelines, and performing routine audits of account records. HS Diploma or GED preferred with 0–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service and handling inbound inquiries.
• Ability to gather information and document it in systems.
• Experience with account information and collections processes preferable.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate and timely entry of customer selections into the order processing system.
• Monitors and tracks customer orders to meet credit and collection standards and ensure on-time delivery.
• Responds to general customer account inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and fax.
• Performs follow-up to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Uses business systems to document notes and gather information.
