Responsibilities

Notify and collect payments from delinquent accounts via text, mail, or calls.
Confer with customers to review terms and obtain payment.
Document all correspondence and activity on accounts.
Receive payments and post to customer accounts.
Maintain and balance cash drawer; keep it locked when unattended.
Travel to customers' homes to collect payments; assist with repossessions when approved.
Prepare paperwork for potential legal action against late accounts.
Log daily, weekly, and monthly activity and schedule merchandise repairs as needed.
Assist customers on the sales floor and support store goals.
