Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Notify and collect payments from delinquent accounts via text, mail, or calls.
• Confer with customers to review terms and obtain payment.
• Document all correspondence and activity on accounts.
• Receive payments and post to customer accounts.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer; keep it locked when unattended.
• Travel to customers' homes to collect payments; assist with repossessions when approved.
• Prepare paperwork for potential legal action against late accounts.
• Log daily, weekly, and monthly activity and schedule merchandise repairs as needed.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and support store goals.
