Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; six months experience in payment collections or general office procedures; or any combination of training, experience and education which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Locates, notifies, and secures payments from customers with delinquent accounts.
• Travels to customers’ homes to collect on late payments and assists with repossessions when approved.
• Receives payments, posts amounts to accounts, and balances cash drawer.
• Documents all correspondence and maintains daily logs of activities.
