Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking a Credit Services Associate II in Santee, CA. The role focuses on managing the credit review workflow and ensuring timely order processing while coordinating with customers to secure payments and release pending orders.

Responsibilities include handling high volumes of orders, communicating with credit and collections teams, and escalating data discrepancies to ensure accurate scheduling and delivery.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
• Generally 2–5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage order workflow for credit-reviewed orders to ensure timely handling and release.
• Launch outbound collection calls to past-due accounts to secure payment and enable order releases.
• Submit credit limit increase requests to management to expand spend capacity.
• Process large volumes of pending orders requiring credit/collections input.
• Monitor orders and communicate progress to management; resolve data discrepancies.
