Credit & Collections Manager

Location: Gardena, CA (Onsite Mon–Thurs, Remote Fridays)

Salary: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr + discretionary bonus

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Manager to lead the credit and collections operations for a tire and wheel manufacturer and distributor. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee credit and collections processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Manage credit risk and maintain strong customer relationships
• Lead and develop a small team focused on commercial collections and problem resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 3+ years of management experience in credit and collections
• Large company experience, ideally in distribution, wholesale, retail, or manufacturing
• Proven track record in credit/risk management and customer service
