Job summary

Breville is seeking a Credit & Collections Supervisor to support the Credit & Collections Manager across North America (USA, Canada, Mexico). You will guide a team of Analysts through daily account management, collections, and claims processing, collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires a BA/BS, 5+ years in credit and collections, including supervision, with advanced Excel and D365 experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in Credit & Collections with 2+ years in supervision.
Experience handling customer claims across promo allowances, contractual deductions, returns, and pricing disputes.

Responsibilities

Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers for approval.
Lead daily account management, collections, and claims processing.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in large customer datasets.
Provide financial reporting support and respond to audits.
Drive AI-driven process improvements to increase efficiency.
Mentor and develop Credit & Collections Analysts; supervise junior staff.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to manage orders within credit limits.
Build strong relationships with North American customers.
