Job summary

Wurth Industry of North America is seeking a Senior Credit Collections Analyst to manage a broad set of credit and collection duties. The role involves interacting with credit sources, processing files and applications, and expediting collections while maintaining credit standards.

The candidate will supervise and train new analysts, handle state tax certificates, and support the Credit Manager in special projects to improve DSO performance. On-site in Grand Prairie, TX.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills required.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to interact with customers, sales and warehouse staff.
• Certification in credit (CCE, CBA, CBF, CCRA, CICP, CCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review orders on credit hold for release.
• Follow credit and collection procedures to minimize delinquency and meet goals.
• Contact customers to collect past due invoices via calls, emails, and letters.
• Document status of collection efforts in SAP.
• Manage accounts receivable portfolio by analyzing and resolving delinquencies.
• Provide guidance to AR applications to ensure proper payment application.
