Qualifications

• 3-5 years collection experience, preferably in business to business collections.
• Experience guiding large teams (10+ employees) on a day-to-day basis with strong leadership.
• Knowledge of fair debt and collection laws and understanding of state commercial lending practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the collection team and train members.
• Identify at-risk accounts and escalate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate with Field Support Team and other departments to ensure collection success.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain professional communication at all times.
