Imperial Brady in Denver, CO seeks a Credit & Collections Lead to manage the collection of Network full accounts, handle internal billing setups, rebates, and investigate discrepancies. You will train new staff and act as SME for daily tasks, reports, and standard processes, with mon-fri 8am-5pm schedule.

The role requires 2+ years in cash application and 1 year in B2B collections, strong attention to detail, and Excel proficiency. Salary includes bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years cash application experience.
• 1 year of B2B collections experience.
• Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication and reconciliations for Collections with Network division partner accounts.
• Handle internal team reports, write-offs and rebates for division.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and offshore teams; provide guidance and document procedures.
