The ideal candidate has 3+ years in A/R or credit, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), excellent communication, and a detail-oriented mindset to analyze large data sets and drive process

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of direct A/R or credit experience.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze large data sets with high attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Process approved customer claims and post credit memos in SAP across all brands.
• Liaise with sales, customer service, credit and accounting teams to validate and post credits.
• Summarize and report monthly credits for statistical analysis.
• Review credit requests and assign proper reasons codes with supporting evidence.
• Process customer charge backs and prepare concise invoices to expedite resolution.
• Communicate with customers via mail and portal to keep them informed.
• Escalate resolution with the credit and collections team when needed.
