Samsonite International S.A. seeks a Claims Specialist to manage the accurate and timely processing of customer credits and debits across all North American brands.

The role prepares deduction reporting, monitors outstanding items, and collaborates with customers to resolve open deductions and chargebacks. The position requires posting credits in SAP, coordinating with sales and accounting, and providing concise monthly credits reports for analysis.

Qualifications

• Processes approved customer claims and posts credit memos in SAP across all brands and accounts.
• Liaises with sales, customer service, credit and accounting to validate and post claims.

Responsabilités

• Summarize and report monthly credits processed for analysis.
• Review and assign proper reasons codes, material numbers for customer credit requests.
• Process customer chargebacks from Docuware and ensure timely, accurate invoices.
• Interface with customers via email/portal and coordinate with collections if needed.
