Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Credit Support Representative in Midland, TX to support credit applications, customer accounts, collections, payments, and billing tasks in the credit department.

You will review credit applications and reports, contact customers, process payments, maintain records, and generate month-end reports. You will also work with portals like Ariba, Coupa and Open Invoice on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, earning $20–$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of credit, collections, billing, or accounting experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office/Excel experience is required.
• Basic bookkeeping/accounting knowledge.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of credit and collection procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review credit applications and credit reports (D&B/Experian).
• Contact customers/references and communicate credit decisions.
• Process payments and perform collection/follow‑up calls.
• Maintain customer credit and account records.
• Create spreadsheets and month‑end reports.
• Work with customer portals such as Ariba, Coupa, Open Invoice, etc.
• Assist with invoice verification, lien releases, and collection of documentation.
• Perform data entry, filing, and credit/billing office duties.
