AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Support Representative II in Riverside, CA for a temporary-to-hire position. You will assist customers, maintain account records, process documentation, and support payment and collections activities.

The role is entry-level with training support, a fast-paced environment, and potential for long-term growth based on business needs. Expect about 90% remote work with some in-office meetings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, accounting support, credit, or financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Excellent customer service, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service by answering and returning calls, responding to emails, providing documents, and following up with customers as needed.
• Perform accurate data entry for new account setup, COD accounts, ship-to accounts, lien paperwork, lien releases, trade references, and customer maintenance records.
• Review, complete, and sign customer lien waiver requests within established approval authority limits.
• Process customer payments and assist with collections activities using GetPaid, with training provided.
• Manage a portfolio of COD accounts by coordinating with customers, operations, sales, and internal team members.
• Monitor department emails, route requests to the appropriate team member, and support departmental projects or management directives.
