Strong understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
Ability to analyze and underwrite loan requests with cash flow emphasis.
Experience with credit analysis and underwriting processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive self-motivation and analytical decision-making.

Responsibilities

Analyze and underwrite new and renewed loan requests across real estate and operating credits.
Spread and analyze financial information for market lenders and branches.
Prepare credit officer memos with financial analysis to support decisions.
Monitor loan performance and draw requests post-funding.
Participate in Loan Committee meetings with Lenders.
Support sales with reports and training related to credit analysis.
