Job summary

First Roles is seeking a Credit Analyst to support its commercial lending team. You will analyze financial statements, tax returns and cash flow for borrowers, spread financials, and prepare clear credit memos to aid lending decisions.

You will assess risk, recommend loan structures, monitor relationships through annual reviews and covenant tracking, and collaborate with lenders and underwriters to keep the portfolio healthy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial credit analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of lending regulations.
• Formal credit training is a plus.
