First Interstate Properties, Ltd. is seeking a Credit Analyst III to evaluate and underwrite complex commercial credits including CRE, C&I, and municipalities. You will collect and analyze financial statements, build spreads, and assess credit risk with support from relationship managers.

In this role, you will prepare detailed credit analyses, determine risk ratings, and recommend structuring or modifications. You may mentor junior analysts and assist in training and portfolio monitoring.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex financial statements and assess credit risk.
• Experience with underwriting commercial loans and bank policies.

Responsabilités

• Read and analyze financial statements including tax returns, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Prepare financial spreads for CRE, C&I, municipalities, and other borrowers.
• Analyze creditworthiness and determine risk ratings and recommended actions.
• Produce comprehensive credit analysis reports with data visuals and narrative.
• Mentor junior analysts and support loan relationships and monitoring.
• Assist relationship managers with quarterly monitoring and covenant testing.
• Support training materials and contribute to policy compliance and portfolio mgmt.
