Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reads and analyzes financial statements and related reports to assess creditworthiness.
• Prepares financial spreads for commercial and real estate borrowers.
• Assesses credit risk, collateral, and repayment capacity for underwriting.
• Produces comprehensive analysis reports combining data visualization and narrative.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and bank policies; supports quarterly monitoring of loans.
