Responsibilities
- Collect documents from members and maintain credit files.
- Spread operating history and financial statements of borrowers.
- Review background credit and legal information to validate credit worthiness.
- Assist with loan processing and annual reviews for straightforward loans.
- Monitor loan covenant compliance and issue compliance letters when applicable.
- Prepare and assist with underwriting and Credit Approval Memorandums.
