Town & Country Credit Union seeks a detail-oriented Commercial Credit Analyst to join our collaborative lending operations team. You will support lenders by conducting thorough financial analysis and underwriting credit requests to ensure the financial health of our members and credit union.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (or equivalent) with four years' experience as a Credit Analyst.
• Solid understanding of lending principles and financial statement analysis.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex data and making credit recommendations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Abrigo credit software preferred.
• Team player with a sales-and-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data by inputting and organizing financial statements and tax returns to assess borrower conditions.
• Underwrite credit requests by evaluating performance ratios, cash flow, and risk ratings.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lenders to develop business activities and participate in on-site visits.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and monitor loan covenants.
• Prepare credit presentations and memos for Senior Management and Credit Committee.
• Support portfolio health through stress testing and reporting loan exposures.
