Job summary
Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union in New Jersey is seeking a Loan Analyst to review and analyze MBL loan applications, financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports to determine viability and risk. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in lending or financial environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial loan analysis and evaluation of financial statements and tax returns.
- Experience with processing functions: credit reports, appraisals, flood determinations, funds verification.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze MBL loan applications, financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and other documents for viability and risk.
- Perform financial/cash flow analysis to determine loan viability and risk.
- Prepare credit write-ups and communicate loan decisions to clients.
- Assist closing and portfolio teams by collecting required documents and supporting the closing process.
- Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations through thorough due diligence.
