Qualifikationen

• Three to five years of Commercial Credit Analysis Experience.
• Minimum of three years of Commercial Lending experience.
• Advanced knowledge of balance sheets, financial data and corporate entities.

Aufgaben

• Underwrites existing and prospective commercial client requests, analyzing financial statements.
• Assesses collateral offered and its marketability to meet policy guidelines.
• Reviews commercial loan policy compliance throughout the lending process.
• Collaborates with commercial lenders to define credit requirements and risk mitigation.
• Utilizes and maintains credit analysis software.
• Mentions training and knowledge sharing with Credit Analyst I team members.
• Maintains effective communication with Credit Union personnel and management.
• Reviews and helps recommend loan approval conditions.
• Builds professional relations with members and trade professionals.
• Occasionally accompanies lenders to meetings and business events.
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations, including BSA and the Patriot Act.
