Job summary

Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union in New Jersey is seeking a Business Loan Analyst to review and analyze commercial loan applications, financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports to assess viability and risk.

You will perform cash flow analysis, order reports, follow up on missing documents, communicate with borrowers, and assist closing and portfolio teams. Minimum 2 years in lending, Associates or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in lending or financial environment.
• Formal commercial loan analysis education or prior work experience in evaluating financial statements and tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze loan applications, financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports for businesses.
• Perform cash flow analysis to determine loan viability and risk level.
• Process tasks such as ordering credit reports, appraisals, and related verifications.
• Follow up on missing documents with the Business Loan Consultant.
• Communicate with borrowers during the application process.
