• Research payment discrepancies and coordinate collection actions with customers, Sales Representatives, and Key Account Managers.
• Review orders placed on credit hold and determine the appropriate course of action after analysis and customer communication.
• Document collection activity, payment commitments, account agreements, correspondence, and follow-up actions.

Job Summary

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Credit Analyst in Caguas, PR. Key Responsibilities
