Job summary

Clicks Talent, a premier influencer marketing agency, seeks an Influencer & Talent Agent who will exclusively represent a roster of talent, secure brand deals, and maximize earnings for influencers in a fully remote setting.

You will negotiate contracts, build strong relationships with brands and agencies, and work autonomously with flexible hours. The role offers uncapped commissions and a pathway to a salaried management position after 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or related sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Talent Representation: represent and guide a roster of influencers, helping grow audiences and monetization.
• Brand Partnerships: secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies and labels.
• Relationship Building: maintain ongoing communication with influencers and brands for successful collaborations.
• Strategic Growth: develop targeted strategies with internal teams to expand reach, engagement and revenue.
• Autonomous & Flexible Work: operate remotely with flexible hours, driving own success.
