Job summary

DULCEDO Management is seeking a proactive Talent Agent to build and manage rosters of creators, leveraging an expansive network across brands and entertainment. You’ll work with Account Managers, Publicists, and strategy staff to turn ambitions into long‑term client growth.

Bring 3+ years in influencer marketing or talent partnerships, strong negotiation skills, and a collaborative, entrepreneurially driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, PR, brand partnerships, or a related field.
• Existing network across brands, agencies, creators, or entertainment.
• Strong commercial instincts with the drive to meet sales goals.
• Experience reviewing or negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Discover talent and build a roster around creators you are passionate about.
• Develop talent and grow long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Content Strategists, Publicists, Events & Touring specialists and leadership support.
• Support teams with strategy, outreach, negotiations, and deal execution.
