Job summary

Dulcedo is seeking a Team Manager to oversee a dynamic team of agents, drive growth, and uphold a high-performance culture in the creator space. You will coach, mentor, and align the team with leadership priorities, while building a pipeline of top talent and supporting career development.

You will lead 1:1s, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with directors on strategic opportunities. A passion for mentoring and influencer space is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team with focus on growth and accountability.
• Hold regular 1:1s to provide guidance, feedback, and strategic direction.
• Partner with Associate Directors and leadership to align priorities and opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new hires for long-term success.
• Lead performance reviews and develop tailored growth plans.
• Represent talent and contribute to sales while leading by example.
