Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in creator, influencer, or talent management.
• Proven history managing creators or creative professionals.
• Strong understanding of talent monetization strategies.

The Role

As a Talent Manager, you will manage and grow an existing roster of talent while actively developing brand and agency relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with other managers and agents across Three Roads to secure high-impact partnerships and build long-term careers for your talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a roster of creators or creative talent across categories
• Develop monetization strategies and long-term career plans for talent
• Source, negotiate, and close brand partnerships, sponsorships, and campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and platform partners
• Collaborate with other Three Roads managers on shared opportunities and deal flow
• Contribute to firm-wide growth and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in creator, influencer, or talent management
• Active roster of talent or proven history managing creators or creative professionals
• Demonstrated experience negotiating brand deals and partnerships
• Strong understanding of talent monetization strategies
