Job summary

TikTok is seeking a strategic leader to head the North America and Australia Creator Reputation & Perception team, shaping regional strategies to strengthen relationships with creators and drive engagement with key programs.

You will develop high-impact creator experiences, recognition programs, and flagship events, including Creator Summits, while building a high-performing team and partnering with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Monetization to deliver integrated initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Significant experience in creator partnerships, creator marketing, community engagement, brand marketing, communications, or a related field, with a strong track record of developing and executing creator-focused strategies and programs.
• Experience leading regional or large-scale creator engagement initiatives that improve creator trust, perception, engagement, and product/program adoption.
• Proven experience designing and delivering high-impact creator experiences, recognition programs, flagship events, and integrated campaigns.
• Demonstrated people management experience, including building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NA and Australia Creator Reputation & Perception team, shaping regional strategies to strengthen TikTok's relationships with creators.
• Lead the development of high-impact creator experiences, recognition programs, and flagship events, including Creator Summits and industry activations.
• Develop and execute innovative creator engagement initiatives and integrated campaigns that bring TikTok's value proposition to life.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
