TikTok is seeking a senior leader for Creator Reputation & Perception in New York, overseeing regional strategies to deepen creator trust and engagement with key products and programs.

You will build high-impact experiences, recognition events, and flagship activations, while guiding a diverse team and partnering with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Monetization to drive value for creators and the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Significant experience in creator partnerships, creator marketing, community engagement, brand marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience leading regional or large-scale creator engagement initiatives that improve trust, perception, engagement, and product/program adoption.
• Proven experience designing and delivering high-impact creator experiences, recognition programs, flagship events, and integrated campaigns.
• Demonstrated people management experience, including building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the North America and Australia Creator Reputation & Perception team, shaping and executing regional strategies to strengthen TikTok's relationships with creators, build trust and affinity, and drive engagement.
• Lead the development of high-impact creator experiences, recognition programs, and flagship events, including Creator Summits and industry activations.
• Develop and execute innovative creator engagement initiatives and integrated campaigns that showcase creator success and expand engagement and adoption of creator products.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, partnering with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Monetization to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
