You will partner with Product to scale programs, analyze data, and report insights to stakeholders, while building trusted cross-functional relationships across teams.

Minimum 5+ years in program management or related fields, strong grasp of the creator economy, and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, marketing, or related field.
• Solid grasp of the creator economy and hands-on with creators.
• Comfort with data—dashboards, self-serve tools, basic querying.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.
• High ownership mentality—spot gaps, flag, and fix.

Responsibilities

• Own creator programs end-to-end from strategy to execution and measurement.
• Partner with Product to streamline program operations and scale.
• Analyze program data to identify issues and build preemptive solutions.
• Deliver clear, regular reporting on performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Build trusted cross-functional relationships with Product, Comms, Legal, and Design.
