Trade Coffee seeks a performance-minded Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale creator partnerships as a measurable acquisition channel. You’ll own the creator program end-to-end across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, aligning roasters and customer insights to creator storytelling that drives new subscriber growth and stable payback.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing influencer/creator programs in a DTC or marketplace.
• Experience managing paid creator budgets and deal structures.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms such as Impact, Aspire and ShopMy.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the influencer program across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok with a focus on new-subscriber growth and CAC/payback.
• Build an end-to-end creator operating system: tiers, workflows, templates, deal structures, and readouts.
• Manage creator relationships from first contact to ongoing reactivation and payment.
• Turn roasters, coffees, and data into targeted creator briefs and messaging.
• Grow brand ambassador programs with strategic programming for long-term engagement.
• Manage budgets and pacing, shifting spend to top-performing creators and formats.
• Use AI tools for discovery, scoring, outreach, QA, and reporting.
• Partner with paid social, design, lifecycle, and partnerships teams to scale content into growth.
• Stay current on creator marketing trends, platform shifts, and measurement.
• Oversee influencer tech stack and identify gaps in measurement as needed.
