Job summary

Activate Talent, LLC is seeking an Influencer & Collaborations Manager to own the full influencer and creator ecosystem—from relationships and affiliate platform management to inbound collaborations and long-term partnership strategy, across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and affiliate channels.

The role focuses on growing brand reach, affinity, and creator-driven revenue through authentic partnerships, while optimizing performance with data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on influencer marketing, creator partnerships or affiliate management.
• Proven experience owning an influencer program end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience managing creator storefronts, product listings, commissions and onboarding.
• Experience seeding, gifting, affiliate, and paid creator partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills with creators at different levels.
• Data-driven with experience tracking performance to optimize partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the influencer program end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, vetting, contracting, briefing, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a tiered creator roster across nano to ambassador-level partnerships.
• Identify creators aligned with brand aesthetics, audience, and goals.
• Develop seeding programs, gifting campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and paid activations.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for active influencers and content creators.
• Negotiate gifting, affiliate and paid terms with leadership collaboration.
• Build long-term creator relationships beyond one-off campaigns.
• Identify emerging creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Own the brand's affiliate presence across ShopMy, LTK, Impact and TikTok Shop.
• Manage creator storefronts, product listings, commissions, onboarding.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns and partnerships.
• Stay current on platform updates and monetization opportunities.
