Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Coordinator to support the growth of our TikTok Shop business and affiliate initiatives. You will connect with creators, agencies, and internal teams to drive engagement, activation, and revenue across social commerce channels.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in influencer/affiliate marketing, excels in relationship management, and can coordinate cross-functional activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, social commerce, or community management.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Experience managing external partners, agencies, or creator relationships.

Responsibilities

• Creator Relationship Management: Own and nurture relationships with top TikTok Shop creators and act as primary contact for opportunities and escalations.
• Agency Partnership Management: Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and campaigns with external agencies and creators across platforms.
• Creator Community & Support: Manage communications via Discord, Lark, and other channels; provide timely support and feedback insights.
