Job summary

Envato is seeking a senior Creator Marketing Lead to build and scale a program across YouTube, performance creators and affiliate publishers. You will identify partners, nurture relationships and design commercially sound approaches that scale and sustain growth.

You will own briefs, licensing, attribution and performance reporting, collaborating with Marketing and Product to align creator activity with feature launches and product storytelling in an AI-driven creative world.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling creator, affiliate or partner marketing programs in tech, digital product, marketplace or high growth environments.
• Commercially sharp and able to negotiate creator agreements that work for all parties.
• Comfortable using data to understand performance and make calls without a perfect dashboard.

Responsibilities

• Lead an always-on creator marketing program across YouTube, performance creators and affiliate publishers.
• Own briefs, deals, licensing, attribution and performance reporting that turn content into growth.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to connect creator activity to launches and product storytelling.
• Develop a scalable approach to paid activity, affiliate channels, search and AI discovery to maximize value.
