OnePay is seeking a Creator Marketing Manager to build and run our creator program from the ground up. You will own end-to-end execution with the creator lead and external agency, ensuring campaigns move from brief to post and report.

You will manage creator relationships, track performance, ensure FTC and brand compliance, and maintain a robust creator database with contracts and payments in partnership with Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creator or influencer marketing.
• Experience working with external agencies managing new workflows and processes.
• Strong instincts for authentic, platform-native creator content balancing brand needs.
• Exceptional project ownership: structure, trackers, dependencies, and delivery.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator norms.
• Knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements for sponsored content.
• Drive and proactivity: a builder and executor.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate campaign execution end-to-end from brief through publishing.
• Track deliverables across campaigns and flag delays early.
• Run content reviews for brand guidelines and disclosures.
• Route content through legal and compliance with approvals.
• Build and maintain the creator database: contacts, rates, history.
• Compile post-campaign data and surface insights.
• Identify creator partners aligned to briefs and audience fit.
• Coordinate creator contracts and payments with Legal and Finance.
