Job summary

Whalar, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Client Services professional to oversee campaign delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and lead creator/client communications. You will build strong relationships with top creators and client stakeholders, contributing strategic recommendations and coordinating cross-functional teams.

With a focus on operational excellence and scalable processes, you will mentor junior team members and help drive overall campaign performance in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years' agency or brand experience with team management.
• Detail-oriented communication and strong organizational skills.
• Experience executing earned creator marketing initiatives.
• Strong social skills and ability to build relationships with creators and clients.
• A self-starter capable of managing multiple campaigns and communications.

Responsibilities

• Project manage and direct day-to-day campaign delivery, including budgets and timelines.
• Lead calls with creators and clients confidently and independently.
• Build and maintain relationships with top creators, talent managers, and client stakeholders.
• Manage communications with clients for multiple campaigns and creators.
• Lead internal/external meetings, contributing brand, creator, and KPI insights.
• Identify opportunities to elevate campaign performance with trends and strategic ideas.
• Help shape internal processes as the team scales and share best practices.
• Mentor at least one Campaign Executive and support career development.
