Job summary

Whalar, part of Accenture Song, is a leading Creator and Social agency. We seek an Associate Director, Client Services to guide delivery and growth of key client partnerships, linking clients, creators, and cross-functional teams for exceptional campaigns.

You will lead a high-performing Client Services group, drive operational excellence, mentor future leaders, and help shape account growth while advancing creator-focused solutions across major brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ agency or brand experience, including team management.
• Strong detail-oriented communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of the creator economy and social media advertising ecosystem.
• Appreciates high-quality creativity and proactive problem solving.
• Experience with gaming brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior liaison with clients, creators, cross-functional teams and partners to ensure flawless campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day campaign delivery operations with support from the Director.
• Mentor and develop team members and define career paths.
• Deliver campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Maintain project workflows, templates and avoid silos between teams.
• Assist in creator negotiations with support from Director.
