  • Lead or be an active participant on internal and external meetings, adding value with keen knowledge of the brand, roster of creators, strategy and campaign goals/ KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate campaign performance by bringing forward creative ideas, emerging platform trends, and strategic recommendations that drive stronger results for clients.
  • Play a key role in shaping and improving internal processes as the team continues to scale, contributing to the evolution of best practices across the business.
  • Manage, help to develop and mentor at least one Campaign Executive, supporting with career pathing and goal setting.

  • Have 3 - 4+ years' agency or brand experience, including team management

  • The ability to multi-task and handle multiple campaigns + creator and client communications simultaneously
  • Resourcefulness and the drive to build relationships internally. Leverage resources within the agency to learn and cross-share new processes and skills for continuous improvement
  • Have a solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and an insatiable appetite for learning about industry innovations
  • Appreciate and understand the value of creativity
  • Thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued more than job titles, rigid structure and legacy ways of working
