Job summary

Whalar, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Client Services Lead based in New York to orchestrate campaign delivery for major brands in a fast-paced agency environment. You will manage budgets, timelines, creator sourcing, and briefing, while leading calls with creators and clients to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years agency or brand experience, including team management.
• Detail-oriented communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in executing earned creator marketing initiatives.
• Strong social skills with creators and clients.
• Self-starter able to multi-task and manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Project manage day-to-day operations of campaign delivery, budgets, timelines, and creator sourcing.
• Lead calls with creators and clients confidently.
• Build and maintain relationships with top creators, talent managers, and client stakeholders.
• Manage communications with clients for multiple campaigns and creators.
• Lead or participate in meetings with brand and KPI insights.
• Identify opportunities to elevate performance with trends and strategic recommendations.
• Shape internal processes as the team scales.
• Mentor at least one Campaign Executive.
