Job summary

Mode.Inc, the parent of Mode Mobile and EarnOS, is seeking a creative strategy lead who can own an app vertical (Rewarded / Earn Apps) and translate data into testable concepts. You will write 15–20 concepts weekly with multiple variations, guide producers and editors, and work with UA managers to optimize performance.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate concepting and asset iteration, track results, and feed learnings back into briefs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or UA-focused creative direction.
• Proven ability to write briefs and scripts for high-performing paid social/video ads.
• Experience working with consumer apps or mobile-first products.
• AI-native: Comfortable using AI tools for production.
• Experience directing distributed production teams (in-house or contractors).
• Data-informed: Comfortable using metrics like CTR, hook rate, CPI, CPA, and ROAS.
• Experience hiring and managing UGC/content creators.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy for a dedicated app vertical (Rewarded / Earn Apps).
• Develop concepts, briefs, and scripts that translate performance data into testable creative.
• Write 15-20 net-new concepts per week with 4-5 variations each.
• Partner with UA Managers to understand performance data and iterate on creative.
• Provide creative direction and quality feedback to producers, editors, and contractors.
• Use AI creative tools to accelerate concepting, scripting, and asset iteration.
• Track creative performance and feed learnings back into the brief process.
