Job summary

Mode.Inc, a 100% remote-first global tech company, is seeking a mid-senior UA Creative Strategist to scale creative production for a fast-growing app portfolio. You will partner with our Ad Creative Lead and UA Managers to translate performance data into briefs and scripts, owning the creative strategy for a vertical and guiding in-house and contractor production.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy for consumer apps.
• Proven ability to write briefs and scripts for scaled paid social/video ads.
• Experience with AI tools to speed concepting and production.
• Experience directing distributed production teams.
• Data-informed with CTR, CPI/CPA/ROAS to guide creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, briefs, and scripts for testable creatives.
• Collaborate with Ad Creative Lead on vision and brand.
• Write briefs with 15-20 concepts per week and 4-5 variations.
• Work with UA Managers on performance data and prioritization.
• Provide direction to producers/editors and contractors.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting and asset iteration.
• Track performance and feed learnings back into briefs.
