Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced performance creative strategist to own the acquisition creative engine in the United States. You will craft and test compelling campaigns, producing AI-enabled content and traditional assets for paid social and app marketing.

You will collaborate with brand, product, and partner teams to optimize campaigns, scale creative testing, and drive measurable growth while maintaining brand integrity and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in performance creative, creative strategy, growth marketing, or related field with paid social/mobile campaigns.
• Strong portfolio of personally conceptualized campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on AI-powered content production experience and workflows.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software for platform-ready assets.
• Proven copywriting for hooks, scripts, headlines, and on-screen messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition strategies translating audience insights and trends into campaigns.
• Own the creative testing roadmap with prioritized hypotheses and insights.
• Produce AI-powered advertising content and traditional assets.
• Scale production with multiple variations across formats and languages.
• Drive messaging for ads, app store listings, and landing pages with brand consistency.
• Manage testing across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads to optimize performance.
• Analyze creative performance metrics to decide scaling or discarding concepts.
• Address creative fatigue by refreshing content and concepts.
• Build scalable AI production workflows and reusable templates.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and ensure responsible AI usage.
• Travel up to 10% and work with cross-functional teams to align launches.
