Job summary

POP MART in Livermore, CA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store, drive exceptional customer experiences, and develop a high-performing team. You will own sales performance, manage payroll and inventory, and execute visual merchandising in line with POP MART standards.

The role reports to the District/Area Manager and requires a passion for designer toys and pop culture, plus flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel up to 10% for store openings and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees and coaching leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and driving performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Own the overall financial performance of the store including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operational execution.
• Champion an exceptional customer experience through a welcoming and knowledgeable environment.
• Maintain daily store operations with strong adherence to policies, safety, and loss prevention.
