Job summary

You will work with the VP of Creative Operations, lead creatives, and the project management team to optimize allocations, manage dashboards, and onboard freelancers. You will expand the freelance talent pool, track resource status, attend status meetings, and ensure projects stay within schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a fast-paced advertising agency or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Marketing/Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience with talent resourcing within project or resource management roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with delivering high-quality campaigns across Creative, Social, Digital, Branding, Experiential.

Responsibilities

• Track and communicate status of resourcing efforts internally.
• Distribute resources among projects and manage workload allocations.
• Freelance outreach and onboarding in collaboration with Finance and IT.
• Support resource management processes within schedule and budget constraints.
• Expand and maintain the freelance database to ensure prompt staffing of projects.
