160over90 in St. Louis is seeking a Creative Resource Manager to oversee staffing and recruitment for multiple concurrent projects.
You will work with the VP of Creative Operations, lead creatives, and the project management team to optimize allocations, manage dashboards, and onboard freelancers. You will expand the freelance talent pool, track resource status, attend status meetings, and ensure projects stay within schedule and budget.

The Creative Resource Manager role requires an understanding of and willingness to learn agency organizational structure, staffing, and recruitment to execute multiple simultaneous projects efficiently and effectively. Working directly with the VP of Creative Operations, lead creatives, and project management team, responsibilities include data and dashboard management, conducting weekly check-ins with team members to assess actual allocations and workloads, both attending and running regular status meetings to distribute resources among projects, freelance outreach and onboarding in collaboration with Finance and IT, and other projects as assigned.
As a member of the creative operations team, this role is responsible for efficiently tracking and communicating the status of resourcing efforts internally. The role involves supporting the resource management processes within schedule and budget constraints, while continually expanding and maintaining the freelance database to ensure prompt staffing of projects within the Creative Team. Superb verbal and written communication skills will be critical for success in this role.
